Cast 18 carat yellow gold ring. An open-backed oval cluster on an integral tapered domed band, consisting of an oval sapphire, surrounded by 10x round brilliants and 2x small heart-cut sapphires (one each side) with pierced heart shoulders and outer rows of 3x small round brilliants.
