About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our busy Head Office team in Auckland. This role primarily focuses on accounts payable, payroll management, and various office administration and HR system support tasks. Previous experience in accounts payable and payroll is essential, whether in one or both of these disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and month-end reconciliations
- Payroll preparation and reporting
- Assist with office administration and purchasing
- Update and maintain HR system records and employee data
- Support the wider finance and people teams as needed

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Fast and efficient data entry
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
