We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
About the Role
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Managing contracts, variations, and procurement
- Monitoring project costs and cash flow
- Preparing reports and financial analysis for projects
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
About You
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, contract management, and procurement
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Confident using industry software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, Excel)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
