If you’re a QS who loves variety, autonomy, and being trusted as a key part of a high performing team, this role will feel like a step up.
This established new build commercial, interiors and commercial fit out contractor have built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across retail, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial office environments. They’re known for their collaborative culture, smart processes, and commitment to doing things properly — and now they’re looking for an Intermediate or Senior QS to join them.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, with genuine ownership from day one:
- Managing tenders, preparing estimates and take offs
- Handling all pre and post contract QS responsibilities
- Controlling project costs and ensuring financial accuracy
- Certifying subcontractor work and managing variations
- Preparing and agreeing subcontractor final accounts
- Reporting to Commercial Manager
- Visiting sites and working closely with project teams
This is a role where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and your work genuinely shapes project outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience as a QS and or Estimator/QS (main contractor or interiors/fit out background ideal)
- Strong understanding of tendering and contract administration
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Sharp analytical ability and attention to detail
- A proactive, team focused mindset
Salary: $130K–$145K, depending on experience.
