Our Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.

The key results required are to:

• Manage site safety to achieve “Zero Harm”
• Meet or improve on the required construction timeframe
• Meet or improve on the minimum required quality standards
• Being hands-on, helping to achieve production targets
• Promote the company's reputation

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in various construction tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying any issues or delays.
• Manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering professional development.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in 3 waters installation (essential)
• Experience as a foreman (essential)
• Water or drainage qualifications (essential)
• Class 1 driver licence with WTR endorsements (preferred)
• CCC approved for water or drainage (preferred)
• STMS, First Aid, Construct Safe qualifications (preferred)
• Class 2 driver licence (preferred)
• Team first attitude
• Willingness to grow with the Company
