Site Foreman

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman Electrician to join their Christchurch team, working across a range of commercial and industrial electrical projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident running a site, coordinating teams, and leading from the front while remaining actively involved in the work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated electrician who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being part of delivering quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on site Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule Read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications Plan ahead for materials, tools, and equipment requirements Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project managers Maintain high standards of workmanship, health, and safety on site Support, mentor, and guide team members where required

To be successful, you will need:

Current EWRB registration Proven experience in a Site Foreman or Leading Hand role Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical installation experience Ability to take ownership of site operations and work independently MEWP ticket and full NZ Driver Licence
