Remarkable People is seeking a skilled and reliable Class 4 Foreman/Driver to joint our client's team in the Cambridge, Hamilton region.
The role primarily involves hydroseeding on a range of civil projects, including wind farms, forestry, roading works, subdivisions, and bulk earthworks. Projects are mainly based across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Auckland regions, with occasional travel to other parts of New Zealand as required.
Responsibilities include:
- Right application rates of hydro mulch, polymers, soil blanket, hydroseed slurries.
- Driving truck to and around site, loading materials into hydroseeder, applying hydroseed slurry through gun on top of unit and hose safely.
- Communication with customers (project and site managers).
- Keeping gear clean and well maintained.
Role requirements:
- Class 4 with WTRF endorsement (Class 2 minimum)
- Must be able to travel away, (everything paid for plus $80/night allowance)
- Physically fit and able
- Must pass a drug test
- Some experience in project management or similar
