This is a hands on leadership role that would see you running crews & projects across asphalt, sealing, and paving operations across Central Otago. Off season would have you broaden your skillset across the construction sector on projects such as footpath & tennis court construction and civil site works.

Role:
Is for an experienced asphalt supervisor with at least 3+ years NZ experience leading crews on sealing, paving and roading projects. As this is a hands on leadership position - you'd need to have experience in a range of heavy plant including Emulsion trucks, Tipulator trucks, Paving machines, Rollers , Compactors, Loaders and Truck and trailers units.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3+ years experience leading crews in Asphalt & Sealing projects
- Experience on a range of road construction plant e.g rollers, pavers, emulsion trucks
- Class 5 license & WTR essential
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and hunger to deliver successful outcomes
- A problem solver with the ability to adapt in a fact-paced environment
- Patience and commitment to developing your team.
