About the Role:
- Supervise formwork, reinforcement & concrete construction
- Lead foremen, trades teams & subcontractors
- Plan and coordinate daily site operations and sequencing
- Manage foundations, slabs, walls & structural concrete
- Coordinate plant, materials & subcontractors
- Liaise with contractors, engineers & consultants
- Oversee QA, compliance & project documentation
- Monitor productivity and manage multiple work fronts
- Support civil works including drainage, piling & earthworks
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years construction supervisory experience
- Strong background in commercial formwork & concrete
- Experience with foundations, slabs & structural builds
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing
- Proven leadership managing teams and subcontractors
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality & productivity
- Full driver's license
- Willingness to travel when required
Requirements:
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Physically fit and capable of site-based work
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Site Safe (preferred but not essential)
