About the role:

You'll be responsible for supervising daily site operations, leading RRCL crews and subcontractors, coordinating plant and resources, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisation, practical site knowledge, and a real commitment to HSEQ and quality.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction / earthworks
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and plant resources
• Sound understanding of NZ H&S and environmental requirements
• Ability to read plans, manage daily programmes, and maintain site documentation
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and getting the job done right

You'll work closely with Project Managers, survey teams, plant resources, and site staff to deliver successful outcomes across a range of projects.
