MS Civil Construction is seeking a driven and reliable Subdivision Supervisor to join our growing team. Position Overview As a Subdivision Supervisor, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in overseeing subdivision and civil infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead day-to-day site operations across a variety of subdivision works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, roading preparation, and associated civil works.

Duties Include:

  • Report to the Project Manager and work closely with project teams.
  • Supervise subdivision and civil construction crews on-site.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, productivity, and budgets.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Mentor and support crew members as required.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil construction or subdivision works.

  • Proven leadership experience supervising crews and managing site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of subdivision construction processes including drainage, earthworks, and roading.
  • Experience operating civil construction machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage resources efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence required. Class 4 and 5 licences are advantageous.
