Site Supervisor – Civil Infrastructure Project | Porirua
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major civil infrastructure project based in Porirua. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering large-scale civil works within a strong team-focused environment.

About the Role:
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials while maintaining high standards across all aspects of the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience supervising large civil infrastructure projects
- Strong background in civil works such as earthworks, drainage, roading, utilities, or concrete
- An engineering background or civil engineering experience would be highly beneficial
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Excellent understanding of health & safety practices within civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Class 1 licence required (WTR endorsements advantageous)
- Relevant civil construction or engineering qualifications preferred
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
