This mid-size main contractor has experienced good growth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clients offering repeat work.
They now looking to take on a Site Manager for a $10M commercial project for a 7 month fixed term, with possibility of more work .
Typically, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities including safety and the supervision of suppliers, subcontractors and contractors to meet time and quality agreements.
You will have a carpentry trade qualification and at least 8+ years site experience across commercial projects, especially in projects with electrical services. You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subbies and the team. You should be a person who can demonstrate commitment in previous roles and be confident to date in your performance.
Salary $120K - $130K + vehicle (Fixed term)
