About The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant - Strategic Account Operations, you'll primarily focus on blue-collar and trades roles temporary recruitment, while also supporting white-collar roles as required.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from client engagement and workforce planning, through sourcing, onboarding, and placement. Covering Greater Auckland (Kaitaia to Taupō), this role sits within our Strategic Accounts Operations team and offers variety, autonomy, and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Managing a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Building strong, trusted client and candidate relationships
- Delivering bulk recruitment campaigns to meet high-volume workforce needs
- Coordinating candidate onboarding, compliance, and assignment management
- Proactively growing your desk and identifying and covering new opportunities
- Providing market insights and tailored workforce solutions to clients
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Demonstrated experience in bulk recruitment, high-volume hiring, and workforce mobilization
- Strong capability in candidate management, including engagement, onboarding, and ongoing care
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of the local market, industry trends, and client workforce challenges
- A collaborative mindset with strong ownership and accountability for individual results
