Our learning environment is underpinned by the principles of Maankitanga; care and respect for all people places and things. Here children are encouraged to develop their confidence and self- help skills and teachers participate in open communication with parents and whanau.
We’re looking for an experienced centre admin to join our team!
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting parents whanau and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing enrolments attendance and centre records.
- Supporting staff with general administration and communication.
- Coordinating supplies invoices and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate systems and supporting smooth daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Confident friendly and professional customer-facing skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive can-do attitude and a genuine love of working around children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Hours: 20 hours per week fixed hours 8:30am – 12:30pm Monday to Friday.
