Administrator - Maternity cover

About the Company: Aquaheat Facility Services is part of the and Horizon Energy group. We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of building services including airconditioning, plumbing and electrical services to a variety of major customer sectors including government, commercial and industrial.

About the Role: We are looking for an Administrator to provide maternity cover for approximately six months commencing late March 2026 to undertake various administration tasks in a fast paced, friendly office environment.

The role will be responsible for;

• Coordinating our team's response to service requests.
• Updating customer portals
• Communication with our customers
• Ensuring records are up to date
• Assist with invoicing

The person we seek will have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a service providing centric office
• Ideally have experience in electrical, building services or similar related role
• Reliable, responsible, trustworthy and an excellent communicator.
• Drive and enthusiasm, and the ability to respond to change with agility and flexibility.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to work
