Due to continued growth, Euromarque are looking for a part-time Warranty Administrator to join our team in Christchurch.
This is a permanent part time opportunity, 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, making it ideal for someone seeking school-friendly hours.
Working alongside our existing Warranty Administrator, you will assist with processing and managing warranty claims across 9 automotive brands, playing an important role in keeping our service operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the processing of warranty claims
- Supporting documentation and claim submissions
- Liaising with internal departments to gather required information
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous administration experience (warranty or automotive advantageous but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Your own reliable transport to and from work
