Uno Property Management is seeking a highly capable Business Support & Administration Manager for a senior administration and business support role on our team. Uno Property management specialises in residential Property Management in Auckland.
At its core, this is an administration-focused role with broad responsibility across business support, operational coordination, team support, and process improvement. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of helping keep a busy property management business running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related industry, and who understands the pace, complexity, and moving parts of this type of environment.
We are open to shaping this role around the right person. For an experienced candidate, this position may operate at a more senior level with broader leadership and process-improvement responsibilities. For a strong but less experienced candidate, the initial scope may be narrower, with the opportunity to grow over time.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, while helping oversee the day-to-day effectiveness of our business support function. This includes administration coordination, operational support, trust/admin oversight, workflow management, support for local and remote team members, and continuous process improvement. This reflects the current role scope, which includes SOP ownership, support for property management operations, supervision of support staff, trust/admin oversight, and leadership contribution.
What this role involves:
- Providing high-level administration and business support across the company
- Coordinating workflows and helping ensure key recurring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the business support function
- Assisting with trust/admin-related oversight and business support processes
- Supporting property management operations through reporting, follow-up, audits, and process consistency
- Reviewing and improving SOPs, templates, and internal systems
- Supporting and coordinating local and remote team members
- Providing backup support for critical administration functions when needed
- Assisting with onboarding, internal documentation, and general coordination across the business
- Working closely with leadership to identify issues, improve execution, and support a well-run business

- ability to think clearly, research effectively, and exercise good judgement
- ability to adapt to change and work through ambiguity
