Ray White Takanini is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant / Sales Support professional to work alongside one of our leading salespeople and support a high-performing team.

About the role

In this hands-on position, you will provide day-to-day support to a busy and successful sales team, helping to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

You will play an integral part in coordinating listings and campaigns, managing systems and processes, and supporting the team in a high-pressure environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level day-to-day administrative and sales support
  • Coordinate property listings, campaigns, and marketing activity
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and record management
  • Liaise with solicitors, clients, and external suppliers
  • Prepare and present marketing and administrative materials to a high professional standard
  • Assist in keeping workflows organised and on track in a fast-moving environment
