Wilks Penny Motorcycles is a well-regarded and long-established motorcycle dealership, proudly serving the central Waikato region with high-quality sales and servicing.

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator / Service Writer to join our busy workshop team in Te Awamutu.

About the Role:

In this varied and customer-facing position, you will play a key role in supporting workshop operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers both in person and over the phone
• Managing workshop bookings and coordinating service jobs
• Organising pick-ups and deliveries
• Keeping customers informed about job progress and updates
• Preparing invoices and maintaining debtor and creditor records
