Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (0.85 FTE)

About the Role
To help us provide outstanding service to the children in our region. We need another administration person to answer calls, make appointments, answer queries, process enrolments, and undertake a range of other tasks necessary to keep our clinics operating effectively and ensuring that the tamariki and whanau in our region receive excellent service.
This role is part-time, 34 hours per week. A 7:30am start time is preferred, but specific hours each day to be negotiated with the successful candidate. There is the possibility of this role increasing to full-time in the future.
The salary band for this position is $73,476 - $81,164 (pro-rata), depending on experience.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Bee Healthy provides oral health education and clinical services to children throughout the Hutt Valley, Wellington, Porirua, and Kapiti regions. Everything we do is aimed at providing excellent service to the whanau and tamariki in our region, to help them to improve and maintain excellent oral health.
About you
- Previous experience in call centre or administration roles preferred.
- Ability to clearly and confidently communicate verbally and in writing.
- Competent using Microsoft office software, and confident in learning new software systems and applications.
- A current full driver's licence.
- Ability to converse in te reo Maori, Pacific Island languages, and/or the languages of refugee communities is an advantage.
