Administration Assistant Auckland Regional Dental Service (ARDS) Permanent, full time role (40 hours per week over a Monday to Saturday roster) Based at ARDS Main Office, Waitakere Hospital

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and compassionate Administration Assistant to join our Auckland Regional Dental Service. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our clinics run smoothly by delivering efficient, patient-focused administrative support. Your responsibilities will include responding to enquiries across multiple channels, managing a range of administrative and service tasks in a timely manner, and accurately maintaining patient records, enrolments, referrals, and dental approvals. You will also provide essential Titanium system support to help our teams deliver high-quality care.

About Us

Health New Zealand Auckland Regional Dental Service provides dental health services to approximately 290,000 children across the Metropolitan Auckland region, from Wellsford to Pukekohe.

About you

We're looking for:

A compassionate individual with excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills. Previous experience working alongside Maori and Pasifika families/whanau is highly desirable. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a high level of initiative. A positive attitude, good sense of humour, and maturity to manage complex situations.
