About the Role:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support our Oceania Sales team where you will provide time-critical sales administration support.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Sales Administration Oceania you will work cross-functionally across the Ingredients, Angel Bay Retail & Food Service channels to ensure completion of core daily and weekly tasks to key deadlines and to maintain service levels and provide effective task coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Oceania Domestic business through the provision of timely and accurate Sales Administrative Support.
- Assist with order entry and releasing to cool-stores within strict daily processing timeframes
- Provide timely follow up on orders / delivery status as required to ensure customer DIFOT requirements are achieved
- Maintain visibility of stock-levels and provide updates as required.
- Support cash collection initiatives to ensure debtor day targets are achieved.
- Provide accurate and timely customer enquiry / dispute investigations
- Enter purchase orders as required
- Prepare invoices and distribute to customers and receipting invoices and cross-check pricing for third party suppliers
- Issue credit notes for returned, damaged or missing stock claims
- Assist in maintaining accurate sales and demand forecasts through analysis of data, market trends, and customer requirements to support business planning
About You:
Previous sales administration or high volume and deadline-driven general administration experience is required. We’re a high functioning team that likes to have fun as well. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, that copes well under pressure and prioritises tasks well. The role is full time.
