Administrator - Fixed-term

ANZCO Foods Kokiri have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fixed-term position, ideally beginning at the end of May 2026 with an end date of late June 2027. In this position you will provide administration support to the Site Administrator. Flexibility can be offered with the hours and will be discussed at interview.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Data Entry
• Reception duties including answering the phone
• Raising purchase order numbers
• Completing export certificates and documentation
• Coordinate/complete production orders and cut plans
• General office duties and cover where applicable

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• A professional and friendly manner
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are preferred
• Ability to prioritise work, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• A proactive and focused approach to the tasks and responsibilities associated with the role
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material with discretion
