As a Junior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You will work closely with management, consultants, and clients while developing valuable office and customer service skills.
We’re looking for an organised individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love ticking things off a to-do list, helping people, and bringing positive energy to the office every day — we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to email.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Filing, scanning, and document management.
- Assisting with payroll and invoicing tasks.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration.
- General office support duties as required.
Important Notes:
- Candidates must have proven administration experience & references.
- Must have own transportation.
- Applicants must currently hold a valid New Zealand visa or residency.
