We're now on the lookout for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team and help take our kitchen department to the next level.

A bit about the role…This is a varied, people-focused leadership role where you'll lead a small team of Kitchen Designers who help customers turn their ideas into dream kitchens.

You'll be someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading by example, and motivating others in a fast-paced but fun retail environment. While kitchen design experience is a bonus, it's not essential — we'll provide full training and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of the Kitchen Design department
• Leading, coaching and motivating a small team of designers
• Working closely with the Retail Manager to improve stock availability and inventory control
• Ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time
• Promoting a positive, engaged team culture

This is a full-time role, Sunday to Thursday, offering a great work-life balance.

A bit about you…You'll bring:

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload
• A friendly, confident and approachable communication style
• A proven sales mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs
• High energy, self-motivation and a strong work ethic

Kitchen design experience is an advantage, but not essential — we're happy to teach the right person.
