We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Checkout Supervisor to help lead our front-end team to ensure a smooth friendly and efficient checkout experience for our customers. This is a part time position that includes one weekend shift.
As a checkout Supervisor, you will support and guide checkout team, manage daily operations at the front end, and lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES,
Supervise and support team during shifts
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Manage cash handling, tills and end of day procedures
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and Safety and security procedures
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in retail or customer service, supervisory preferred however the right person can be trained.
Excellent attention to detail
Calm, reliable, and confident under pressure
