We are looking for another customer focused superstar to join our team!  Do you excel at providing excellent customer experiences? Do you excel at leading and motivating others? We have an opportunity for a dedicated customer focused supervisor to join our Checkout team!

Checkout Supervisor

Role:

• Customer focused providing an excellent level of customer service, ensuring a great customer experience
• Ensure high presentation standards for the Checkouts & store
• Effectively lead and guide a team of checkout operators
• Build positive, strong relationships within the department, wider team and leadership to get the very best results
• Train new operators and supervisors as needed
• Assist and resolve customer enquiries and concerns
• Restricted product sales responsibility
• Follow H&S, Food Safety and store procedures

What are we looking for:

• Customer service experience
• Leadership experience
• Supermarket / retail experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong work ethic, reliable, honest and be a good team player
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confidence & maturity to access, approve or decline restricted product sales
• LCQ or GMC or the ability to gain these with our support
• Ability to plan, observe, act and think one step ahead to meet the needs of our customers and our team
