Dry Goods Assistant - PART TIME

We are looking for excellence!  We are seeking an individual who has a commitment to excellence and strong organisational and communications skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. We have a great permanent part time opportunity.

The primary role of the Dry Goods Assistant is to present and merchandise to ensure that a maximum range and sufficient quantity of product is available for sale at the correct price at all times as well as keeping the department clean, tidy and attractively presented. 

Qualifications, experience, skills and attributes required for this role:

• Experience in Retail in a similar environment will be an advantage.
• Experience with stock control and inventory is preferable. 
• Customer and results focused.
• Strong relationship builder, team player and problem solver. 
• Strong communication (verbal and written). 
• Planning, organisational and time management skills. 
• Maintaining standards and eye for detail. 
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Food Safety certificate would be advantageous.

Hours: 

Sunday: 5am to 2pm

Monday: 5am to 2pm

OR:

Monday: 5am to 2pm

Thursday: 1pm to 9pm
