We're now looking for a Produce Supervisor to support the Produce Manager and help lead the department day-to-day. This is a great opportunity for someone with fresh foods experience who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in presentation, quality, and teamwork.

Shift schedule* Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Friday – Saturday: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Shifts may vary from time to time)

About the roleAs Produce Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on leadership role within the department, helping ensure produce is always full, fresh, and looking its best.

You'll:

• Support the Produce Manager in meeting department targets and maintaining operational standards
• Assist with ordering, replenishment, Pallet and Crate returns to meet customer demand and minimise waste
• Maintain excellent presentation, freshness, and food safety standards
• Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting and motivating the team
• Deliver friendly, helpful service that keeps customers coming back

What we're looking for* Previous experience in produce or another fresh foods department

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• A strong work ethic and pride in presentation and standards
• Confidence with fresh food ordering systems (SAP / Fresh Buy experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support a small team
• A current forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
