Our client has picked up a solid forward work load for 2026. They specialise in light commercial and larger residential developments across the Wellington region.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of construction projects.
- Lead and motivate your site team and subcontractors to success.
- Keep projects humming through expert coordination and communication.
- Maintain meticulous records, drive compliance, and ensure every detail meets our standards.
- Foster a culture of health, safety, and team wellbeing on-site.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Set the pace each morning—on-site, ready, and energised.
- Interpret plans, manage site activities
- Coordinate your building team to get the job done.
- Run toolbox meetings, mentor apprentices, and champion a safety-first culture.
- Liaise with clients your project team to keep every build on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong background in carpentry.
- Excellent organiser and clear communicator.
- Leadership skills with a passion for building great teams.
- Dedication to health & safety, compliance, and top-quality workmanship.
- Ready for ongoing training—Site Safe Passport, First Aid, and beyond.
