ABOUT US:

INLINE is not your average construction company. We set out with a vision to bridge the gap between designers and builders. Since the beginning this ethos has proven successful and INLINE has grown into a reputable company who prides itself on providing a seamless service from start to finish. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality results from concept design through to finished construction.

Our culture is the foundation for our team's success. We maintain a supportive environment for all our staff to grow both professionally and personally. We host monthly staff get-togethers, culture competitions and a variety of team events throughout the year.

LOCATION:

The INLINE HQ and Yard are located in Newtown which is a great central suburb for our builds and renovations that span across the Wellington region.

Our office is combined with our joinery factory where we design and manufacture our own custom cabinetry and interior finishings.

Our premises also boasts a Cinema and Rec-Room featuring a pool table and darts board. It is a great space for our team to gather and socialize.

THE POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Qualified Builder: We are looking for an eager individual with the following qualities and skill sets:

• Experience in the residential building sector both with renovations and new builds.
• Experience running and working in teams of 3+ and creating/meeting work schedules and quality controls.
• Confidence in instructing sub-contractors on-site and maintaining quality controls over this work.
• Ownership of a trade vehicle in a tidy condition.
• Trade tools - The ones you need to get the job done right. (A good builder will know what this means.)
• An individual who is able to think creatively on the spot, be solutions focused and take ownership of tasks.
• An individual with a willingness to embody our culture and represent our brand with pride.
• It is essential that the individual have an eye for design and a passion for quality finishes. The individual must be able to visualize the end result.
• An LBP License is preferred but not essential.

Apprentice: We are looking for an eager individual with the following qualities and skill sets:

• Confidence to communicate with our team and mentors.
• Ability to execute tasks with thought and attention to detail.
• Determination to further their skill set and knowledge by being hands on and open minded.
• Hard working and preparedness for demanding physical labour.
• Ability to grasp instruction and show initiative on building sites.
• An awareness for health and safety practices within the building industry.
• Punctuality and a can-do attitude.
