Company Background:
Alsco Uniforms is a Textile Rental company, laundering and delivering rental garments, floor mats and towels throughout New Zealand. We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Person in our Dunedin/South Otago region.
Are you someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting new people, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team!
About the role:
- Operate a small truck to deliver and service rental products for our valued customers
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Proactively upsell our rental products and additional services to enhance customer experience
- Enjoy a dynamic workday spent meeting new people and building relationships!
About you:
- You put customers at the heart of everything you do, with a genuine passion for service
- Great communication skills.
- You have previous customer service experience
- You hold a Full Class 1 licence and are comfortable operating a small truck.
- You're energetic, enjoy an active lifestyle, and thrive in roles that keep you moving and lifting.
- You work well independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
- You enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact every day.
Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a full medical check including drug & alcohol testing prior to confirmation of employment. You will need a full, clean driver's license, The ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles, and a Class 2 license would be highly advantageous for the selected candidate.
