Payment Terms

Please ensure you use your trade me refence when depositing money.

You will be sent an email immediately after the auction closes with payment instructions. However we do not email to confirm we have received your payment but we will despatch the day we receive payment. Please remember that payments made on a weekend will not show in our account till the following Tuesday.

You will be sent an email straight after winning your auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 5 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

Payment Instructions

Payment Instructions are sent automatically through Trademe, and we ask for full payment within 5 days of the close of auction. Please make sure to use your auction number as reference, failure to do so may result in a considerable delay whilst we try and match up unreferenced payments. Bank account details are on the payment email for internet.

We are happy to combine shipping on most articles, please email us with the auction numbers that you have won and we will let you know the combined shipping price.

Where possible we will courier goods. Goods are covered by Courier's insurance, but once they are signed for as received in good condition the insurance is terminated. Please check your goods thoroughly before signing for them; we can accept no liability for breakages discovered after goods have been signed for. If you live in a rural area please make sure to select the correct shipping option. Failure to do so may result in a delay in shipping whilst we sort it out with you.
