Orders less than $50

• Courier with signature - $5.50
• Courier with no signature - $5.00
• Rural Delivery - $7.50

Orders $50 or more - FREE

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch your order in 1 - 2 working days of you placing you order.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location in New Zealand, but will be between 1-5 days after your order has been dispatched.

Where are your orders dispatched from?

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Auckland.

Do you provide courier tracking information?

All orders will have tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If you have any questions or queries about your order/shipment however, please email us and we will do our best to help you out.

Who is your courier provider?

Our courier provider is Castle Parcels.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship within New Zealand. We don’t ship overseas.

Please choose carefully, as we are an outlet store, we do not offer returns or an exchange if you have changed your mind about an order.

If goods are faulty (& this hasn't been disclosed when purchasing), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

What do I do if my order has arrived damaged or has missing parts?

For damaged/faulty items shipped to you in the last 30 days we will be happy for you to return your items at no cost.

Please email with your reason for return. Include your name and order number in the email.

I have not received a refund for my returned item/s?

This process can take up to 10 working days. We will notify you by email when we have received your return and processed your refund.

Our Trade Me page is managed Monday to Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 2:00pm contact may be made the following working day.

PRIVACY ACT

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential. No credit card information is stored unless directly requested by the customer.

Our feedback gives you good assurance about our products, and services. We will place positive feedback for you once the payment is received and we will appreciate if you could do the same if you are satisfied with the product you receive.
