STARCRAFT ALUMINIUM DINGY JOHNSON 15HP OUTBOARD. TRAILER with Winch. New WOF This month. Wheel bearings replaced so no worries with condition of trailer. It is good.

Great little boat. Year above is an approximation. New seats with flotation underneath. Cargo nets under the front seat and bow. Paint is suitably retro, (patchy), I started to strip it back but quickly realised its more fun boating than paint stripping. Thank god for aluminium hulls, no paint required. The hull is generally sound, the odd ding and scrape as you would expect for age. It is dry when in H2o. Strap in the bow to hold down outboard Tote tank, it balances the boat nicely with one person on board. Handy tray along the transom to hold all your fishing gear or whatever. Motor starts reliably at all times. Check out the handy gear shift knife! I replaced the bottom of the outboard leg as the skeg was chipped and the filler plug for the gears was stripped. Replaced with a good condition Evinrude unit which is the same as the Johnson one, Just Evinrude grey, not Johnson white, (they share parts). All now in perfect condition. Paint on outboard is old. Impeller replaced and new oil when that work was done so pump flows is as it should. I'll include the old gearbox which is good and other propellor as they're serviceable still. If the filler plug was rethreaded the whole leg would be a great spare. WOF new on 11.12.18 for the trailer and Reg renewed on sale of the whole outfit. Trailer is in good condition. Easy to launch and retrieve from. Boat and motor weigh very little. Winch is a strap not a nasty wire one.
