Handheld battery drill powered boat motor
Designed and developed over the last 4 years floating rafts down the Waikato River to dodge all sorts of fixed and floating obstacles.
The Mooby Raft Thruster is a handheld battery drill powered boat/raft/kayak motor.
Simply connect your battery drill (Brushless is recommended) to the input shaft and away you go. No messy fuel, mixing 2 stroke oil. No having to flush water cooling systems. Light and easy to move and store. Made from non-corrosive materials.
Potential uses include
- Yacht/launch tender (using a separate transom mount you can use this like a long-tail boat)
- Kayak
- SUP
- Rafts
