Bought this and drove it down from Auckland a bit over 2 years ago with views to turning it into a housebus. Didn't happen.

She drove down fine with no problems what-so-ever. Have given it short runs until end of last year when some mongrels stole the batteries that I had on trickle charge.

Rego is on hold until Jan 2019. The C.O.F has expired. Checked on the web and she passed her last C.O.F so there should be no fail slip floating around for her (always a good thing).

The reserve price is less than 1/2 what I think she is worth (what a local crappy 12' caravan is listed for) but I need the money etc.

She still has all her seats in. I am currently trying to find out how many seats can be removed without creating a situation of having to get compliance.

She would make a really good sleepout. With the internal size and the 2 doors, you could even put a partition in and have 2 seperate 5+ by 2.3m rooms big enough to take any size bed.

Apart from the doofed out right rear window and a couple of the small upper opening windows (easy fixes), she is perfectly watertight.

The body appears to be pretty sound. I have left her uncleaned for many months so that any possible structural rust would show up as rust stains (beware of sellers with the magic jif and cleaning cloth).

Unlike a caravan, she has plenty of headroom and sturdy leafspring suspension means a lot less body roll etc.

So, get her back on the road for a motorhome or put her up on blocks for a static sleepout/caravan. Your choice.

While I believe her to be an honest vehicle, this is a as-is-where-is sale.
