Description
1980 GS450 for sale. was originally an "S" model which has been modified into a cafe racer or lane splitter whatever you want to call it.
Originally purchased as a project bike with a blown motor (had last been on the road in 1995) and parked up by the previous owner. I've had it in my garage for 5 odd years.
Bike has K&N filters fitted, after market mufflers, quality clip-ons, new tyres, new chain and sprockets, new brakes, new rear progressive shocks ect.
Will need some more work to get back on the road but a good project for someone. Most of the bits are there and i will take photos of what comes with the bike as i find them (there are some engine parts and original parts that come with the bike). There are some NOS parts that go with the bike and i will dig them out and add to the auction (one of the things I can't find is the petrol cap).
I managed to get it started today after 2-3 years sitting but will need a carb tune.
The rego is on hold until 8 April 2019.
