Questions & Answers
“Amazing exhaust note from the tubi exhaust (Approx $5,000)” Do you have a video of that? v******t (238 • 12:16 am, Fri, 12 Apr )Yes Tubi are well regarded for getting the best engine note out of Italian V8’s. Often seen on Ferraris and Lamborghinis. This vid gives you an idea of the sound from this 4.2 Quattroporte V8: https://youtu.be/4OabER1WSF8?si=iCVHqNkrmhfx2sTJ drewandvania (1136 • Friday, 12 April 2024 )Is this a Singapore import? r*******2 (484 • 04:53 am, Fri, 12 Apr )Correct. Imported from Singapore in 2017 with 74km on the clock. Just 3 owners since then. Has been well service and looked after including a new clutch from Scotty at Stradale in Wellington. Engine is excellent. Car runs beautifully, drove down from Auckland to Kapiti last week 👍🏻 drewandvania (1136 • Friday, 12 April 2024 )New clutch are you sure? This is an automatic ZF gear box. t******1 (700 • 11:46 am, Fri, 12 Apr )Correct. This one is running the bulletproof ZF Six speed gearbox, much better than the problematic’Duo-Select’ electro hydraulic automated manual gearbox. Kind Regards Andrew drewandvania (1136 • Friday, 12 April 2024 )Is it possible to get a picture of the inside of the truck lid, please near the edges? I know these areas are prone to aluminum corrosion. Thanks t******1 (700 • 12:20 pm, Fri, 12 Apr )Yes no problem. I’ve already got the maximum of 20 photos loaded but if you can text me the same query I can text the photos back to you. Happy bidding everyone. Someone could get a bargain here! Best Regards Andrew Seller comment Wednesday, 17 April 2024 I see just brought this. Why selling so fast ? b******3 (0 • 11:29 am, Thu, 18 Apr )Hi Booney. Correct I am a car dealer, I buy and sell quality performance British and European cars. We currently have over 25 cars in stock, you can search Eyrewell Forest Motor Company on TradeMe or see our own website. We are a little overstocked at present so decided to let one go at $1 reserve. Have a bid you may get it for song. Best Regards, Andrew drewandvania (1136 • Thursday, 18 April 2024 )Ok cool yep I see you have some cool cars. Have you seen the car in person ? Why was it not brought to Christchurch ? Was it due to the shock issue coming on in north island ? b******3 (0 • 12:50 pm, Thu, 18 Apr )Thanks mate. No I haven't seen this one in person, my colleague in Kapiti Coast flew to Auckland top collect and drove 8 hours home. Car drives very well, has new WOF and new Rego. He has also giving it a bit of a polish and spruce up. The decision was made to leave it with him as the likelihood of someone in Auckland or Wellington bidding and winning is higher than someone down here. ie: odds are we get it down here and it heads straight back up North - lol..
