2009 Toyota Hiace
Video

Description
I’m selling my van as I no longer use it
Van exterior has dents, a couple of rust bubbles, scrapes, scratches, fading paint, discolouration, knocks dings etc. The paint isn’t rough but would probably clean up really well with a cut and polish but looks ok otherwise
Van runs and drives like a new vehicle. It uses about a litre of oil between services(10,000kms). Major services done at Toyota, minor services by Oil Changers
I lived in the van for the first 3 years full-time. It has been my daily driver for 4 years. The van is a stealth camper ie windows are blacked out( no curtains)and I normally wouldn’t display blue Self Contained card in windscreen. I’ve been known to freedom camp just about anywhere. Self contained certificate ran out this year but should be easy to recert if you wanted to. The actual camper build is very basic, nothing flash at all. It only just met Self Contained Certification requirements. The is no shore power or solar or inverter, no running water, no inbuilt toilet or shower, no cooking facilities (I used a camping stove), no roof vents or extractor fans, no tv or Starlink. There is a king size bed but no mattress
If you were purchasing the van as a camper you would really need to inspect it first. Thats why I haven’t listed van as a camper, the build isnt for everyone
Van would be easy to convert to cargo carrier or if you’re really keen put the seats back in and make it a minibus again.
Sony double din head unit fitted, Apple carplay and Android Auto compatible. Wiring is in place for reverse camera but camera will need replacing. The are 2 separate air conditioners and 2 separate heaters, all factory fitted by Toyota. Custom canvas seat covers also installed
The van is surprisingly economical to run, considering the size of it. It cost $139 for oil and filter change at Oil Changers.
