He says "Moth has got in and the damper felts need replacing and probably others that can't be seen in the video. The action (mechanism) is stiff and could be for various reasons some more expensive to fix than others. Will need at least 2 tunings and hope that it holds up. My advice is to rather replace it with a reliable piano which would cost around the same as the repair on this one. Around $2500. I'm happy to fix it but uncomfortable with the cost/benefit ratio, and there are unknowns the video can't show." Hoping someone out there that knows about pianos might want this and could save it.
