KEY FEATURES Villa M is located on private village grounds, has a friendly community, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The 2 bedroom Villa has a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and heatpump to keep you cosy and also has a handy garage!

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS The monthly village outgoing fee is $710.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
