This Machine operates a 54-inch circular saw rated better than a chainsaw blade as a lot faster and LESS maintenance

Splitter cycle time is 4 seconds complete with a 42-ton 6-inch Ram giving it plenty of grunt

Motor is a Cat 90 hp

Have a 5-meter elevator on the Rear of machine to either load into Trucks/Trailers or onto the ground

Also have a Grizzly bar and slide to keep the wood sample clear. and have a bin there now to collect the rubbish making the sample a lot cleaner. As seen in one of the Pictures

Log size up to 500mm sometimes a little bigger depending on the log

Wedge size either an 10 way wedge or the most common making a bigger size block of wood and the new 14-way wedge

Log length. can be any size but normally we do a 320mm piece

We have just upgraded to a Merlo complete with a new Rata grapple

Also have brought a Foden Truck and 3 axle transport trailer to cart the gear around the province etc. making us more mobile
