Tips for building a safe and productive power wall.

When assembling be sure to pre solder all connections for the best results. Use cells that are 3.5 volts when assembling, ALL balanced to 3.5 this will protect the track fuse while populating your boards and give you time to remove an incorrectly placed cell. Make sure cell have been tested and are in good health and evenly matched in capacity and more importantly the amps do not put a cell that has a 2amp max charge/discharge with say 10amp cells then expect it to carry a heavy load when operating. This will not end well!!

We do offer a full test on cells in preparation for your power well this includes: 2 X Capacity test. Confirm that the cell can Charge and discharge at a consistent rate and not overheating when charged at 1amp. Voltage drop test. Balance all cells to 3.5volts. Prepare a Capacity Map so that you get the maximum power from your power wall. Label each with QR scan code. Cost $0.50 Per Cell.
