FR105M Metal Pads use a metallic friction compound made from a sintered blend of high friction metal powders. The performance advantage of these pads is their consistency in all conditions including serious mud and long steep descents. If you're a big fan of that sort of riding (we are), or are on the heavier side, metal pads are a must. Metal pads also last much longer than other compounds. FR105M Metal Pads can be used as a direct replacement for Shimano B01S, B03S, E01S pads and other pads with the same shape.
