Are you looking for an effective way to catch deep sea fish? These Wedge Sinkers excel in strong currents with any bottom condition. Once you reel in, these sinkers come off the bottom in one big rod motion. Each one will "float" or flutter along as you reel in due to the resistance of the wide surface. This means that the sinker doesn't get stuck to rocks as often as other sinkers.
The wedge shape tends to bury itself if the bottom is soft. On hard bottoms, the flat side prevents the from rolling with the current.
