Price / Invoice:

All prices are GST inclusive. GST invoices are provided with all purchases.

Payment:

Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing, we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include your Trademe reference number on all deposits to avoid confusion.

Payment methods accepted:

Internet Transfer / Trademe Pay Now / Credit Card / Ping / Afterpay* (subject to Trademe limit criteria).

We aim to ship all items the same business day where possible, however our policy is to ship within one working day upon receipt of payment. Tracking is available on all items upon request.

Items purchased on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will not be sent out until the next working day

We do not allow pickups from our warehouses. All items are sent by tracked courier with several shipments leaving per day.

Items may require signature upon delivery, if you are not home or able to sign during business hours, depot pickup can be arranged with a card-to-call. Please discuss this with your sales representative.

Should an item be lost or damaged in transit we will assist you through the claim process. We require notification of damaged items within 24 hours of receipt of your item in order to claim.

All sales are final so please choose carefully, we will not refund if you have changed your mind.

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason, freight charges are not refundable. Goods purchased at a special or promotion price will not be returned for credit.

The original Invoice must be returned with the goods or proof of purchase. Goods returned must be clean, undamaged, not fitted or used, in un-marked original packaging.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be repaired, replaced or in the case that a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be arranged through the original method of payment.

We pride ourselves on our feedback and customer service. Feedback is placed on all sales and we would appreciate if you would be able to place feedback once your item has been received.
