When 2nd item also turned up broken by same useless NZ Post courier,Trader gave a full refund including freight on the original purchase. Again no questions asked and no hassle. The UV bulb was blown when I received the unit and had to buy a new one. Last year I purchased two UV bulbs from this company, as they were cheap, and they only lasted 6 months each. NOT GOOD.

fast delivery and good communication, product terrible quality and not fit for use at all, mirrors fold flat as soon as your over 80kms and one literal broke off and flew away at 100km not happy at all
