For Layby Order Payment terms is 20% deposit and pay it off within 4 weeks. Order will be only dispatched upon full payment is received.

Our target is for all products to leave our premises within 24 hours of payment. We ship daily except weekends and public holidays. All parcels are sent via couriers with tracking. It normally takes 1 working day to arrive (except rural delivery takes about 1-3 working days). Upon shipment we will send you an email confirmation with link and tracking number to follow your order.

100% Satisfactory Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). No questions asked! The item must be unworn or only tried on for fit/sizing. In the unlikely event your purchase is faulty or wrongly described we will either refund your money or exchange the items, including the return postage to us. Refund will be processed by same payment method within 3 days of receipt. We will email confirmation promptly, once your return has been processed.

Pay highest shipping for the first item (whichever is the highest, they can be $5.5, $6.5, $7.5 or $12.5 depends on your purchase)and $1 for every other items. Please pay all the items in a COMBINED PAYMENTS.

We can not combine with dispatched parcel. Please wait until all auctions have ended and pay in a combined payments if you are paying via internet banking. You can use any auction number to be reference for your deposit. If you are paying by credit card please pay all items within an hour for a combined order.

How Long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship on the next business day after payment is received. We will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. It normally takes 1-2 working day to arrive (rural delivery takes about 1-3 working days).

What is your Return Policy?

We have a very easy return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days. No question asked! The item must be unworn or only tried on for fit/sizing.

All size specified in item descriptions are converted to NZ size.

Also you can take your own measurements and then compare them to those listed to choose your best fit. It only takes a moment to take your own measurements and even if you don't end up buying from us it is good information to have especially if you like to save by shopping online for clothes.

Please take the measurement from your best fit clothes of similar type to what you are planning to purchase and compare to the size carefully. Please also remember that we have a very easy return or exchange policy.

Our items are available only in very limited quantities and some of the most limited styles and sizes sell out within days of being placed on our site. We recommend to add us to your favorite list so you will not miss out on new styles.
